Overview
GeoTravel wasn't one product, it was several. I designed the Retail platform for people booking flights, hotels, and holiday packages, the Corporate platform for businesses managing travel for their teams, Corporate Admin behind that, the marketing landing page, and the Developer platform for anyone integrating directly. Some of it existed and needed real work, some didn't exist yet at all. The only piece I didn't touch was Geo Admin, which another designer on the team led.
That's a genuinely wide range of users across one system: someone booking a holiday wants speed and a bit of excitement, someone managing travel for forty employees wants control and visibility, a developer reading through documentation wants neither, just clarity.
What made it work was treating all five as one coherent system instead of separate projects, shared patterns underneath so nothing felt disconnected, even though each one had to behave differently depending on who was actually using it.
